We are seeking an experienced and talented individual with strong background in hybridoma technology to join our Therapeutic Antibody Discovery team. The successful candidate will have experience in display technologies, humanization, and antibody engineering. Reporting to a Senior Scientist, this position will assist in our efforts to bring our pipeline of therapeutics to preclinical development.
How You'll Contribute
Immunizing animals with therapeutic targets
Generating antibodies using traditional hybridoma technology
Purifying antibodies (small scale)
Assaying antibodies for binding / functional activities
Keys to Success
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience - OR -
Master's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in immunology, cell biology, or biochemistry
Hands-on experience and knowledge in all phases of mouse-based antibody discovery (hybridoma technology)
Competency in mouse handling and tissue extraction
Proficiency in mammalian cell tissue culture
Hands-on experience with binding assays (e.g., ELISA, ForteBio Octet, Biacore, flow cytometry, Luminex) and cell-based functional assays
Proficiency with antibody purification methods
Successful Candidate's Profile
